Terms of Service

Memberships aren't on sale yet. The parts of this page about buying, renewing and refunds describe how memberships will work. We'll update it before they go on sale.

These terms apply when you play on the AnonRealm Minecraft server or buy a membership from AnonRealm ("we"). By joining the server or buying a membership, you agree to them. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.

1. Not Mojang#

AnonRealm is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Purchases are made from us, not from Mojang or Microsoft. You also need to follow Minecraft's own terms (the Minecraft EULA).

2. Playing#

  • You need a genuine Minecraft account (Java or Bedrock).
  • Follow the server rules (also /rules in game). They are part of these terms.
  • You're responsible for what happens on your account. Don't share it.
  • We can warn, mute, kick, ban or reset players who break the rules or harm the server, its players or these terms. Decisions are at our discretion.

3. In-game items and money#

Everything in the game (money, items, bases, ranks, titles and cosmetics) is part of the game. It has no real-world value, can't be exchanged for real money, and isn't your property. We may change, rebalance, reset or remove it, for example to fix bugs or exploits, or when starting a new season.

No real-money trading: don't buy or sell in-game items, money, bases or accounts for real money or anything outside the game. Memberships will only ever be sold at anonrealm.com.

4. Memberships#

  • Memberships (Gold, Platinum and Diamond) include cosmetics, additional home and team limits, and Garden slots and growing times, as shown on the membership page.
  • A membership is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time. You keep your perks until the end of the month you've paid for. After that, the server's downgrade rules apply (for example, choosing which homes to keep).
  • We may change what memberships include, or their price. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we'll announce them before they take effect.
  • Monthly cosmetic drops and collected trails stay yours after your membership ends, as described in game.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. The server#

We work hard to keep AnonRealm running and your progress safe, but we can't promise it will always be online, free of bugs, or that no progress will ever be lost. We may change features, reset worlds or close the server. If we close the server for good, we'll stop renewals.

6. Liability#

The server is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for lost in-game items, progress or money. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes and law#

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and announce bigger changes on the server. Playing after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
